All our containerized biodiesel plants, now come standard with the sodium methylate solution 30% option. Advantages of using sodium methylate solution: Increases transesterification reaction extent; Increases the reaction speed; Reduces soap formation; Minimizes hazardous materials handling; Reduces both human and material risks; Reduced labor costs; Lowers organic volatiles emissions; Reduces the amount of salts in the glycerin, hence, minimizes wastes.
